1. Company identity
Branddevelopmentpr LLC, registered with the Puerto Rico Department of State under number 443281, EIN 66-0823456, license DACO No. LIC-PR-2019-0337, with offices at Ave. Ponce de León 1503, Suite 4-B, Santurce, San Juan, PR 00909.
2. Nature of services
We are a private firm consulting on personal finance, taxes and federal or local programs applicable to Puerto Rico residents. We are not a government agency and do not represent the IRS, Puerto Rico Treasury, FEMA, HUD or USDA.
3. Information published
Information on the site is general in nature and does not replace a case-by-case analysis. Programs, requirements and deadlines may change; we verify each case before submitting a file.
4. Engagement and fees
The first consultation is free. Any engagement is formalized in writing through a signed service order detailing fees, deadlines and deliverables. We do not charge contingency fees on federal funds where prohibited by regulation (for example, FEMA Individual Assistance is handled without fees tied to the benefit amount).
5. Client obligations
You undertake to provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, as well as the required documentation. Omitting or falsifying information may invalidate the application and constitute an offense under federal and Puerto Rico law.
6. Limitation of liability
Branddevelopmentpr does not guarantee benefit approval: the decision belongs solely to the competent agency. Our total liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the client during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
7. Intellectual property
Texts, graphics, logos and materials on the site are the property of Branddevelopmentpr or its licensors and are protected by federal copyright law (Title 17, U.S. Code) and by Puerto Rico Act 55-2012.

9. Governing law and forum
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, in addition, by the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Judicial Center of San Juan, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a complaint with DACO.
10. Changes to the terms
