Branddevelopmentpr LLC (hereinafter, "Branddevelopmentpr", "we" or "the company") is a limited liability company incorporated in 2019 under the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, with its principal office at Ave. Ponce de León 1503, Santurce, San Juan, PR 00909. This policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal data when you visit branddevelopmentpr.com or request our financial and social consulting services.
1. Data we collect
We collect the data you provide directly when you fill in our contact form (name, email and message), as well as technical data tied to your browsing: truncated IP address, anonymous browser identifier, referring page and basic interaction events. We do not request Social Security number, banking data or health information through the website.
2. Purposes of processing
We process your data to reply to your request, book a consulting appointment, perform a preliminary eligibility review for federal or local programs, improve the website, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations under Puerto Rico Act 39-2012 and U.S. federal laws applicable to U.S. residents.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your explicit consent (form, cookie banner), the legitimate interest of operating and securing the site, and pre-contractual measures you requested when asking for information.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data. We may share it with (i) technology providers acting as processors (hosting, email, analytics tools with consent), (ii) external advisors strictly when necessary to prepare your file and (iii) competent authorities upon legal obligation, court order or formal request from the Puerto Rico Treasury or the IRS.
5. Retention
We retain form data for 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires longer periods. Accounting records are kept for at least 6 years to comply with federal and Puerto Rico tax legislation.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability and restriction of processing. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. 7. Security
We use TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, encrypted storage, role-based access control, multi-factor authentication for staff and annual independent audits. We align with NIST 800-53 (moderate) and FedRAMP principles when applicable.
8. Minors
The website is not directed at children under 16. If we detect a minor's data without parental authorization, we delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. We will publish the revision date at the top of the document and, in case of material changes, notify by email those who have provided one.
