The eligibility audit and the first 20-minute call are completely free. No commitment, no credit card.

Do you work with residents outside the metro area?

Yes. We serve residents of all 78 Puerto Rico municipalities through video calls, phone or coordinated in-person appointments.

What documents should I prepare?

We guide you before each appointment. Usually: ID, proof of address, prior-year tax return and income documentation.

Do you guarantee benefit approval?

No reputable consultant can promise approval: the decision belongs to the agency. We guarantee a complete, compliant file submitted on time.

Is my data protected?

We comply with HIPAA where applicable, with Puerto Rico Act 39-2012 on data protection and with industry best practices for encryption in transit and at rest.
